TCX625HD Commercial Tyre Changer

The Hunter TCX625HD commercial vehicle tyre changer provides fast, high performance wheel servicing for truck and bus wheel / tyre assemblies.

Easy Demounting in 4 steps!
Step 1 – Roll wheel onto carriage and move carriage inwards.
Step 2 – Clamp wheel and raise to height.
Step 3 – Loosen beads using special roller and lube.
Step 4 – Simply slide the carriage and spin the tyre, rolling both bead off the rim.


…and even easier demounting!
Step 1 – Roll tyre onto carriage
Step 2 – Position wheel pliers and roll second bead onto rim
Step 3 – Re-position pliers and roll second bead onto rim

On certain tyres it is possible to mount both beads simultaneously.
